Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Senior Leader to head a sales team focused on driving adoption of AWS within Australia’s Mining, Manufacturing and Services sector. You will work with field sellers and cross‑functional teams to deliver revenue growth and customer value across strategic accounts in Perth.

You will engage senior stakeholders, manage a diverse sales team, and shape account plans while aligning with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience.
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience analyzing data to drive performance.
• Experience hiring and leading enterprise sales or account management teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AWS’ full suite of services into a set of strategic customers.
• Exceed annual revenue and growth targets, applying high standards to business operations.
• Manage and coach a diverse and high performing team of sales professionals.
• Ensure end customer satisfaction and strong executive relationships - Co-develop and help executing account plans with field sellers.
• Inspect joint-GTM activities to drive and accelerate adoption of our products, working closely with AWS partner and cross-functional teams.
