Omron is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join the NSW team. You will own customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive profitable growth across industrial automation and robotics sectors.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will manage an established portfolio, grow End User business, and strengthen alliances with OEMs and System Integrators while delivering tailored automation solutions and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within industrial automation or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage opportunities from start to finish and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop, support and grow relationships with End Users and OEMs.
• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Understand customer challenges and tailor automation/robotics solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales process including proposals and negotiations.
• Engage with decision-makers to grow accounts and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product and commercial teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts (SFDC).
• Stay informed of market trends and emerging technologies.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned.
