Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical sales, account management or business development within industrial automation or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building with End Users, OEMs and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Territory management across North and West Melbourne and regional areas (including Albury) to drive sales and margin.
• Customer & key account management with End Users, OEMs and system integrators to maximise opportunities.
• New business development to pursue and convert opportunities within existing and emerging industries.
• Strategic industry development across sectors such as Food, Medical, Logistics, Infrastructure and Government.
• Solution selling: tailor technical and commercial offerings using Omron's automation portfolio.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving KPI targets.
• CRM & pipeline management: maintain SFDC records, forecasts and activities.
• Collaborate with internal technical, product and sales teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Undertake regular customer visits and regional travel across Victoria.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the direct manager.
