Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial automation.
• Commercial mindset with proactive opportunity identification and pursuit.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across customers and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Territory Management: own North and West Melbourne and regional areas including Albury.
• Customer & Key Account Management: build and grow relationships with End Users, OEMs, System Integrators and key accounts.
• New Business Development: identify and pursue new customers and projects within existing and emerging industries.
• Strategic Industry Development: explore growth opportunities in targeted sectors such asFood, Medical, Logistics, Infrastructure and Government.
• Solution Selling: understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions leveraging automation portfolio.
• Sales Performance: manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieve KPI targets.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Collaboration & Market Insights: work with internal teams to deliver solutions and identify opportunities.
• Regional travel: undertake regular customer visits including Albury.
