Job summary

JAGGAER is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Consultant to lead the successful implementation of JAGGAER solutions for customers. This hybrid role blends end-to-end project management with senior functional consulting, solution leadership and customer advisory responsibilities.

As the primary delivery contact, you will work with customer stakeholders, JAGGAER consultants, technical teams, product, support, and sales to ensure the solution meets the agreed Scope of Work, plan and expected

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise SaaS and digital-transformation project experience.
• Experience delivering procurement or source-to-pay implementations.
• Strong ability to run workshops, define requirements and drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end JAGGAER implementations from initiation to go-live and hyper care.
• Develop and govern project plans, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Provide senior advisory on solution design and best practices.
• Ensure quality, risk management and on-time delivery.
