Infosys Portland is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead defined workstreams and key deliverables across engagements, collaborating with Managers through Directors and Subject Matter Experts to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will build day‑to‑day client relationships and apply structured problem solving to translate insight into action.

This role emphasizes hands‑on problem solving, disciplined delivery, client‑facing work, and coaching junior consultants to raise performance and value

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Law, Science or related; masters preferred.
• 2–4+ years in a consulting or professional services environment; procurement/supply chain consulting valued.
• Ability to lead workstreams and deliver in a structured delivery environment.
• Strong analytical and executive-ready communication; familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and mentoring junior staff.
• Experience using advanced analytical tools and procurement/supply chain systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams end-to-end — planning, dependencies, and delivering outputs on time.
• Produce structured, executive-ready storylines and recommendations clients can act on.
• Engage with clients in a client-centered manner — proactive communication and clear thinking.
• Build expertise in strategic advisory and value delivery, integrating technology and data.
• Contribute to team development through coaching and improving repeatable delivery practices.
