Job summary

Logan City Council is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in the Transport Delivery branch to lead end-to-end procurement, contract administration and construction management of capital works projects for road infrastructure. You will oversee procurement, supervise site teams and provide technical leadership to ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
RPEQ registration or ability to obtain within 12 months.
Experience in road and drainage infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement, contract administration, and construction management for capital works.
Oversee contract documentation and procurement strategies.
Supervise Site Engineers and construction teams to deliver projects on time and to spec.
Provide technical leadership and resolve delivery matters with contractors.
Monitor safety, programme, cost, quality and environmental outcomes.
