Job summary

SEE Civil is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our civil infrastructure team in South East Queensland. This full-time role supports urban land development, subdivision and road projects, reporting to the Project Manager to deliver on time, safely and to quality standards.

You will provide technical advice across planning, coordination and supervision of construction, coordinating contracts and controlling costs while maintaining stakeholder relationships and program milestones across

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Construction White Card and construction delivery experience.
• Experience delivering urban development, subdivision or road projects.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of urban development, subdivision and road infrastructure projects.
• Monitor progress, milestones and ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain construction programs and methodologies.
• Coordinate technical aspects of construction and delivery activities.
• Ensure works comply with plans, standards and legislation.
• Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts and project updates.
• Assist with project administration and documentation.
• Review contracts, specifications and subcontractor arrangements.
• Identify risks and implement practical solutions to maintain progress.
• Promote safe working conditions and implement site safety practices.
• Establish relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and teams.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve outcomes.
