Job summary

SEE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects on the North Gold Coast and Logan regions. You will manage project programming, safety coordination, subcontractor oversight, and all technical aspects of complex road projects.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliant methodologies, coordinating teams and resources, and delivering on schedule and budget while maintaining safe working conditions. An engineering background and White Card are required.

Qualifications

• Solid civil engineering experience with proven management and planning ability.
• Experience managing a project and maintaining focus on priorities.
• Strong negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts and specifications.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programming and construction methodologies for site works.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and standards.
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, procurement, plant and equipment.
• Lead and support the project team through scope changes.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff within the department.
• Provide monthly assessments and forecasts of financial performance.
• Maintain safe working conditions for plant, staff and subcontractors.
