Genea is recruiting a Risk, Quality and Compliance Manager to join the Sydney CBD team on a full-time basis, covering a 12-month maternity leave. The role leads the development, implementation and ongoing review of risk management and quality systems on a national basis, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing incident management, complaints handling and change management across the organisation.
