NSW Trustee and Guardian in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance to lead governance, risk and integrity across the organisation. This hybrid role shapes enterprise strategies and ensures public sector obligations are met with strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

You will drive contemporary risk practices, provide strategic advice to the executive team and build resilience while maintaining public trust and performance outcomes for NSW residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise risk, governance and compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of public sector governance frameworks and obligations.
• Ability to translate governance and risk concepts into practical business solutions.
• Proven capability engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.

• Lead the enterprise risk management, compliance and integrity frameworks.
• Provide trusted strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Drive governance, risk, compliance and assurance practices across the agency.
• Oversee fraud prevention, ethics, integrity and compliance programs.
