Job summary

icare is recruiting for a Senior Risk & Assurance role in NSW. You will deliver assurance reviews, identify key controls, and partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk and compliance outcomes. The role offers hybrid working and exposure across governance frameworks.

You will lead assurance activities, analyse complex information, and produce clear reports while building trusted relationships across the organization and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in assurance, audit, risk management or compliance.
• Ability to assess complex information and provide practical solutions.
• Strong written communication and concise reporting.
• Confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Australian working rights and pre-employment checks desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assurance reviews and control testing across diverse functions and risk areas.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify key controls and strengthen outcomes.
• Lead projects and assurance activities focused on high-risk areas.
• Analyse information and prepare clear reports communicating findings and recommendations.
• Build relationships to support a positive risk and compliance culture.
• Contribute to governance framework improvements across practices.
