Job summary

Crown Resorts in Melbourne is seeking a Risk & Compliance Incident & Reporting Manager to lead second-line oversight of incidents and deliver high-quality risk and compliance reporting across Crown Melbourne.

You will ensure incidents are captured, investigated, escalated and remediated, translating data into actionable insights for Executive, Board Committees and Regulators, and uplift risk culture across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in incident management, risk, compliance, gaming or audit in a large or ASX-listed organisation.
• Proven incident and breach management experience including RCA and remediation planning.
• Strong Power BI skills to build dashboards and extract insights.
• Experience producing risk reporting for Executives, Boards and Regulators.
• Excellent analytical, influencing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Second Line oversight of incidents and align with policy.
• Lead RCA for high-risk incidents and drive post-incident reviews.
• Produce regular risk reporting for executives and committees.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and KRIs across the business.
• Partner with business units to uplift risk culture and support the Risk Champion Network.
