Crown Resorts Limited is seeking a Risk & Compliance Incident & Reporting Manager in Melbourne to lead Second Line oversight of incidents and deliver high-quality risk and compliance reporting across Crown Melbourne.

You will triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, drive remediation, and produce executive-level dashboards and reports for committees and regulators. Strong Power BI skills and 5+ years in risk/incident management in regulated environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in incident management, risk, compliance, gaming or internal/external audit within a large/regulated organisation.
• Experience overseeing incident and breach management, including RCA and remediation planning.
• Strong Power BI skills with dashboards, metrics and data-driven insights.
• Experience preparing risk and compliance reporting for executive, board committees and regulators.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Law desirable; casino/gaming industry highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Provide Second Line oversight of incidents, issues and investigations per policy.
• Triage, classify and perform root cause analysis for high-rated incidents.
• Lead post-incident reviews to drive control improvements.
• Produce regular risk and compliance reporting for executives and regulators.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and KRIs across the business.
• Partner with business units to uplift risk culture and support the Risk Champion Network.
