Job summary

HCF is seeking a Senior Manager - Risk Reporting and Analytics to lead reporting and insights that inform executive and board conversations. You will turn complex risk data into clear insights and work with Risk, Legal & Compliance to ensure accuracy and governance alignment.

You will identify emerging trends, shape governance reporting, and elevate risk visibility across senior stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk reporting, risk analytics, governance or enterprise risk management within a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing Executive, Board and committee reporting.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and insights that help executives understand risk profile.
• Turn complex risk data into clear insights to support governance and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal & Compliance and other teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify emerging trends and themes and elevate them to senior stakeholders.
• Shape discussions and provide governance-aligned reporting for committees.
