Job summary

HCF is seeking a Manager, Risk Frameworks to shape risk governance and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You will maintain policies, standards, and tools while collaborating with business leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.

You will coordinate stakeholder consultation, embed changes, and enhance how risk information is captured and reported to create consistent practices across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, governance, compliance or a related discipline within a regulated environment.
• Solid understanding of enterprise risk management, risk assessments, controls, governance and risk appetite frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
• Experience translating regulatory or risk requirements into practical guidance for the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Continuous improvement mindset to simplify, improve and adopt new processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve policies, standards, procedures and tools that support risk management across the organisation.
• Work closely with business leaders, specialist risk teams and framework owners to align risk expectations to regulatory requirements and strategic goals.
• Coordinate stakeholder consultation and embed changes across the business and risk reporting.
• Improve how risk information is captured, managed and reported to create consistency across systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities across the organisation to simplify processes and strengthen risk capability.
