Job summary

HCF is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Frameworks in Sydney to shape how risk management is embedded across the organisation. You will maintain and improve the enterprise risk framework, ensuring policies and standards stay practical and aligned to strategy and regulatory obligations.

You'll partner with senior leaders and risk teams to standardise risk disciplines, clearly articulate expectations, and drive value without adding complexity. This is a pivotal, strategy-influencing role at HCF.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise risk management and governance.
• Ability to develop, review, and enhance risk frameworks, policies, standards and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Proven capability to partner with senior leaders across a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the enterprise risk management framework.
• Ensure policies, standards and risk practices align with strategy and regulatory obligations.
• Bridge risk information capture, reporting and governance across the organisation.
• Influence senior stakeholders to lift risk maturity and avoid unnecessary complexity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Risk Management, Governance, Finance or related field
