Qualifications

• A current and valid Security Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous security experience, with retail security experience highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
• A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular patrol duties.
• The ability to work independently while following established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to security.
• A demonstrated history of reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.
• Full Australian working rights.

About the Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers, retailers, staff, and visitors. This position combines proactive security duties with exceptional customer service, requiring a professional presence, strong situational awareness, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.

Position Type: Casual

Award Level: Level 2 - $36.55 per hour
