Sharp & Carter is seeking a Senior Retail Performance Analyst to join a high-growth national retail network. You will partner with executive and retail leaders to identify performance opportunities, optimise labour investment, and improve store profitability across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales and labour trends, delivering commercial insights, and supporting rostering and demand planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail industry experience is essential.
• Expertise in labour analytics, workforce planning, labour modelling, rostering analytics or labour productivity optimization.
• Experience supporting large multi-site retail operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with experience influencing operational and executive leaders.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach and the confidence to challenge thinking where required.

Reporting directly to a senior executive leader, this is a highly visible role where your insights will influence strategy, challenge the status quo, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity
