GPT Group is seeking a Senior Lease Administration Manager to oversee the retail lease portfolio. You will lead a small team, manage documentation from letters of offer to final legal documents, and work with external solicitors to ensure compliance and risk management.

The role focuses on policy development, process efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of lease transactions across our portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a comparable retail lease administration role.
• Experience negotiating retail leases with national/international tenants.
• Experience leading a lease administration team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of lease administrators, providing guidance and training.
• Manage external solicitor turnaround times and amendments.
• Provide guidance on complex lease issues and escalate resolutions.
• Drive complex lease negotiations with core retail partners.
• Prepare lease-related documentation and collect pre-opening documents.
• Review and embed LOA and policies to ensure compliance across retail.
• Collaborate with external solicitors on changes in retail legislation.
• Monitor and analyse lease administration KPIs for stakeholders.
• Oversee project work and ensure time-critical deadlines are met.
