Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a senior Head of Lease Administration to lead a national retail portfolio. You will oversee accuracy, execution and maintenance of lease documentation while guiding a small team and collaborating with Property, Leasing and Legal.

You will ensure leases are precisely documented, executed, and managed across key dates and obligations, aligning with applicable legislation and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior-level lease management experience in retail
• Experience overseeing a high-volume lease portfolio
• Solid understanding of retail leasing lifecycle and legislation
• Exposure to Property, Leasing or in-house leasing environments
• Strong attention to detail and process/compliance discipline
• Confidence working across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or leading a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small lease administration team
• Oversee preparation, review and execution of retail lease documentation
• Collaborate with Legal and Leasing on terms, amendments and documentation
• Manage bank guarantees, critical dates and lease obligations
• Ensure compliance with relevant retail leasing laws
• Maintain accurate lease records, systems and processes
• Provide lease information to internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen the function
