Job summary

Gough Recruitment seeks an experienced leasing professional to cover a mat leave through to June 2027. You will manage a national, multi-brand lease portfolio, maintaining lease records and administering commercial obligations across brands.

Reporting to the General Manager - Property, you will support negotiations with landlords, prepare feasibility analyses, and coordinate legal reviews, ensuring data integrity and timely critical date management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in lease administration or property administration.
• Experience supporting a national multi-brand retail portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of retail leases, renewals and critical date management.
• Understanding of Australian retail leasing legislation.
• Strong Excel skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain lease documentation across a national, multi-brand portfolio.
• Review lease offers to ensure alignment with commercial terms.
• Support negotiations with landlords and legal teams.
• Prepare lease feasibility analyses and portfolio reports.
• Maintain lease data integrity and critical dates.
• Coordinate with Finance on rent, outgoings and credits.
• Interpret lease obligations and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Coordinate legal reviews and communication of new store agreements.
