Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced Retail Facilities Management professional to ensure exceptional building operations and presentation standards across multiple retail assets. You will proactively manage assets, oversee budgets, and drive value for the client while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The role involves managing four retail assets with weekly site visits to Windsor and Burwood, ensuring compliance, and leading a team to optimise service delivery using CMMS and IT tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role managing retail or commercial assets.
• Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience using computer-based building maintenance systems; strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure building compliance and drive engineering standards.
• Develop and enhance the team's services portfolio.
• Oversee presentation and day-to-day operations of properties, including security, cleaning, maintenance, safety.
• Build relationships with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
• Generate and manage work orders and review OPEX against budget.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to produce monthly client reports; manage FM data.
