Emeco International in Mackay is seeking a Senior Rental Administrator to oversee rental claims, billing and contractual recoveries while supporting the Administration team. This role offers a clear path to ownership of a key commercial function and a chance to influence ongoing process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in rental administration, advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/finance systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in rental administration, claims, billing or contract administration.
• Experience coordinating a team and supporting performance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP or finance systems such as SAP, Pronto or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Support and guide the Rental Coordinator team, allocating workload.
• Oversee rental claims, invoices, credits and reconciliations.
• Ensure billing accuracy per contracts and commercial terms.
• Manage rental back charges and contractual recoveries.
• Monitor outstanding claims, approvals and disputes.
• Review claims, investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain contract records and supporting documentation.
• Improve reporting tools, processes and billing procedures.
