Job summary

Reef Marine in Mackay Regional seeks an Accounts Payable/Finance & Insurance Manager for a full-time role. You will manage creditor accounts, support the Administration Department, and help drive finance and insurance product sales with training provided.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, experience with accounting software (Xero preferred), attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team within a marine dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts environment.

• Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
• Professional presentation and integrity.
• Experience in selling finance/insurance products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain creditor accounts for the dealership.
• Provide clerical, accounts-related and administrative support to Administration.
• Assist with finance and insurance sales with training provided.
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
