SGCH is seeking a Senior Rent Assessment Officer to lead accurate, timely rent assessment services across SGCH. You will manage a team of Rent Assessment Officers, ensuring quality, data integrity and fair customer outcomes under the Income Manager.

The role requires extensive rent assessments experience, knowledge of social housing rent-setting, and leadership in coordinating workflows and staff development. Travel to SGCH offices is required.

Formación

• Extensive NSW tenancy Act knowledge and rent-setting requirements.
• Experience coordinating rent reviews and income assessments.
• Strong communication and decision-making in complex cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day workflow of Rent Assessment Officers.
• Oversee rent reviews and income assessments for accuracy.
• Provide escalation support for complex rent matters.
• Monitor quality, productivity and outcomes.
• Analyse data to support reporting and improvements.
• Coach and develop team members for consistent service.
