Job summary

Westpac is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking for Adelaide, SA. You will cultivate and expand relationships with medium to large businesses in the Adelaide CBD and surrounding areas, delivering tailored banking solutions to support growth and investment.

You will operate in-market, building networks with business leaders and referral partners to identify new opportunities and serve existing clients.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial lending capability and experience managing complex customer relationships.
• Experience in corporate and commercial lending.
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills.
• Experience structuring complex lending solutions.
• Strong business development, networking and relationship building capability.

This is a permanent full time opportunity where you'll help customers navigate growth, investment and opportunity through tailored banking solutions. You'll be out in market connecting with business leaders, referral partners and industry networks, identifying new customer opportunities while delivering exceptional support to existing clients.

With no existing portfolio to inherit, you'll have the freedom to create your own success, build lasting relationships and make your mark in one of Australia's leading banking teams.
