Job summary

Westpac in Perth is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial banking clients and drive growth through tailored banking solutions and expert advice. You will build trusted partnerships, identify new opportunities, and support sustainable growth for your customers.

You will collaborate with specialists across wealth, markets, equipment finance, home lending and transactional banking to deliver comprehensive solutions at every stage of the client journey.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial banking relationships and customer portfolios.
• Strong commercial lending expertise, including cash flow lending, credit analysis and complex deal structuring.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing customer relationships.
• Established referral networks that support sustainable portfolio growth.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills with a collaborative approach.

You'll collaborate with a broad network of specialists across wealth, financial markets, equipment finance, business home lending and transactional banking, giving your customers access to the expertise they need at every stage of their journey.
