Job summary

Westpac Group in Adelaide seeks a Senior Relationship Manager within Commercial Banking to build and grow relationships with medium to large businesses across the Adelaide CBD and surrounding areas. You’ll lead in-market engagements with business leaders, identify opportunities, and tailor banking solutions to support growth.

With no portfolio to inherit, you’ll have the freedom to create your own success, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to a leading banking team dedicated to helping

Qualifications

• Strong commercial lending capability with experience managing complex relationships.
• Experience in corporate and commercial lending.
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills.
• Experience structuring complex lending solutions.

Ready to make a real impact with South Australia's business community? As a Senior Relationship Manager in our Commercial Banking team, you'll build and grow relationships with medium to large businesses across Adelaide CBD, Tarndanya, Kaurna Country.

This is a permanent full time opportunity where you'll help customers navigate growth, investment and opportunity through tailored banking solutions. You'll be out in market connecting with business leaders, referral partners and industry networks, identifying new customer opportunities while delivering exceptional support to existing clients.

With no existing portfolio to inherit, you'll have the freedom to create your own success, build lasting relationships and make your mark in one of Australia's leading banking teams.

What do I need?

• Strong commercial lending capability and experience managing complex customer relationships
• Experience in corporate and commercial lending
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills
• Experience structuring complex lending solutions
• Strong business development, networking and relationship building capability
