Job summary

Disability Dynamics Pty Ltd in Malvern East, VIC, seeks an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning and related HR activities. You will manage two Recruitment Officers and collaborate with senior leadership to meet staffing needs for participants and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Relations or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment/HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience and leadership of HR personnel.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, NES and modern awards.
• Experience in disability services or regulated community care.
• Knowledge of NDIS screening, safeguarding, onboarding and compliance.
• Familiarity with SCHADS Award and related award implications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies, workforce plans and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organisational objectives and service delivery priorities.
• Lead workforce forecasting, identify staffing gaps and maintain talent pipelines.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS safeguarding, pre‑employment checks, and onboarding requirements.
• Provide HR advice on employment conditions, performance management and workplace investigations.
• Ensure contracts, policies and modern awards compliance.
• Lead, supervise and mentor Recruitment Officers; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee HRIS, recruitment systems and workforce reporting for data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment with operational needs.
