Job summary

Peak Care Pty Ltd, trading as Peak Care, is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Essendon North, VIC. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with NDIS and related standards while collaborating with management and care teams.

The role requires coordinating job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, handling reference checks, and maintaining up-to-date HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Community Services or similar.
• Minimum three years' experience in recruitment, HR, administration or a similar role.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Support Workers and other roles as required.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone screening and coordinate interviews.
• Arrange interviews with management, house leaders or relevant team members.
• Complete reference checks and follow up required pre-employment documents.
• Collect and monitor staff compliance documents, including NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, CPR, driver licence and qualifications.
