Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search or a related discipline.
• Strong sourcing, research and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prepare professional client-facing documentation.
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach to your work.
• Confidence engaging with senior professionals and building trusted relationships.
• Curiosity about business, financial services, technology and continuous improvement.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to projects beyond your immediate recruitment responsibilities.
• Financial services experience would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in experienced recruiters from adjacent professional services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage specialist recruitment assignments across financial services, building trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
