You will partner with senior consultants, conduct in-depth market research, and help build strategic leadership pipelines for banks, insurers, wealth managers and fintechs.

You'll join a high-impact team that collaborates across global research resources, with a focus on delivering insightful talent strategy and client-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in research, market intelligence, executive search, recruitment, consulting or related field.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Interest in industries, organisations and leadership markets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients.
• Curiosity, drive and commercial awareness at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and organisational research across Financial Services.
• Identify and engage executive talent through research and sourcing activities.
• Support CEO, Board and leadership search assignments from initiation to completion.
• Develop market intelligence on industry, competitors and leadership trends.
• Create candidate reports, search updates and client-facing docs.
• Coordinate multiple executive search engagements and maintain confidentiality in Korn Ferry systems.
• Support business development activities, client meetings and pitch presentations.
