Working closely with Kaizen's Directors and senior leadership team, you'll contribute to a diverse range of activities, including specialist recruitment, retained executive search, talent research, client projects, AI and business improvement initiatives.

You'll have the opportunity to manage recruitment assignments, support senior executive appointments, contribute to strategic research and market mapping projects, and help shape the continued development of our business. Executive Search & Strategic Projects
  • Partner with our Directors on senior retained executive search assignments, including CEO, CIO, CFO, CRO, COO and other executive leadership appointments.
  • Undertake targeted market mapping, talent identification, competitor research and executive assessments.
  • Prepare high-quality candidate profiles, market intelligence reports and client presentations.
  • Support succession planning, talent benchmarking and other strategic advisory projects for our clients.
Business Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to internal projects designed to improve business processes, systems and recruitment delivery.
  • Support the development of research methodologies, reporting, candidate engagement and recruitment technology.
  • Collaborate with our leadership and marketing teams on initiatives that strengthen Kaizen's market presence and client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how we operate, share knowledge and deliver value to our clients.
About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment, values strong professional relationships and is excited by the opportunity to develop a broader skill set.

You may currently be working in a specialist recruitment agency, executive search firm or another professional recruitment environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search or a related discipline,
  • Strong sourcing, research and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prepare professional client-facing documentation.
  • A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach to your work.
  • Confidence engaging with senior professionals and building trusted relationships.
  • Curiosity about business, financial services, technology and continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to projects beyond your immediate recruitment responsibilities.

Financial services experience would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in experienced recruiters from adjacent professional services sectors.

Above all, we're looking for someone who brings integrity, authenticity, compassion, accountability and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
