Job summary

Kaizen Recruitment seeks an experienced senior professional to join their client-facing leadership team within a leading global fund administrator. You will manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of private markets clients and act as a senior escalation point for complex client and operational matters.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, drive process improvements and mentor team members, contributing to new business and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within fund administration, funds management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of private equity, private credit, real assets or alternative investments.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.

Responsibilities
