You will develop long-lasting client partnerships, drive sales and BD activity, and source top candidates while upholding brand integrity and compliant administration.

PERSOL’s Permanent Recruitment Team in Melbourne is growing and we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in their career.

In this position, you will:

• Specialise in permanent white-collar placements across VIC, with the support of a national network
• Develop strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Drive sales and business development activity
• Source, attract, interview and place high-quality candidates
