Woods & Co Recruitment in Melbourne seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build and own their desk, driving business development and end-to-end recruitment. You’ll be supported by dedicated Coordinators and robust internal systems.

You will develop client relationships, manage multiple live roles and contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing team with uncapped commission and clear progression to senior roles.

• Submit and promote top candidates through reverse marketing.
• Attend client meetings and networking events.
• Maintain accurate activity and reporting in Bullhorn.
• Build your personal brand through LinkedIn activity.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build and own their own desk, drive business development and manage end-to-end recruitment, supported by dedicated Coordinators and strong internal systems.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience using JobAdder or similar ATS is a bonus
• Self-driven, resilient and motivated to grow your desk
