Fuse Recruitment in Parramatta CBD is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment across White Collar, Blue Collar and Trades sectors. You will build client relationships, work with national PSAs, and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate in a hybrid/onsite model with support from a large, experienced team and a pipeline of opportunities across Industrial, FMCG, Corporate Services, Transport and Logistics, and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven sales, business development and account management skills.
• Passion for supporting candidates through pre and post placement.
• Existing networks or potential sales channels (advantageous).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create sales opportunities.
• High level of customer service and relationship management skills.
• Team and customer-centric approach to work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, ensuring the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.
• Managing a hybrid desk of Temporary and Permanent placements with existing, lapsed and new clients
• Develop and manage client relationships within the White Collar, Blue Collar or Trades spaces
• Drive business development and sales efforts to expand our client base.
• Attend client functions, networking events, and industry-specific forums to build your network.
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passionate team.

What will you be doing?

You will be supported by a national candidate database, existing clients to grow and develop, National PSAs, sophisticated recruitment tech, marketing campaigns that generate inbound leads, and leadership that understands how to scale consultants beyond the $500k+ billing mark.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Sydney team, you will:
