The role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Wayville Industrial team, you will take ownership of a highly stable and profitable 360-degree desk. This is a fast-paced role dedicated to placing key technical talent—such as Forklift Drivers, Machine Operators, and Assembly Workers—across Adelaide’s busy manufacturing and distribution hubs.

You’ll be stepping into a well-maintained, warm portfolio, predominantly focused on temporary recruitment with consistent permanent opportunities. This role is perfect for a resilient professional who thrives on the sales side of the business. Whether you have 1–2 years of recruitment experience or a strong background in high-volume sales environments like Real Estate, Travel, or Retail, we value your ability to manage your time and drive new business.
