Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment or HR.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in legal sector and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Service existing candidates and employers.
• Source new candidates and employers.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Maintain the CRM for candidate and employer data.
• Source suitable candidates and brief them on opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Provide CV, interview, and career advice.
• Contribute to self-development of team members.
• Continuously evaluate performance and adapt.
• Keep team informed of candidate, employer and team issues.
