Job summary

Warrikal is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our West Perth team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across site and trades for the mining and resources sectors.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders, running job campaigns, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding successful hires to support a strong project and shutdown workload. We value initiative, strong customer focus, and a sense of humour.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in delivering end-to-end recruitment services in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Prior experience/ knowledge of the Mining, Resources or Construction sectors is highly desirable.
• A strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to achieve recruitment outcomes.
• Proven experience in providing recruitment advice and sourcing strategies.
• Previous use of JobAdder and OPMS is desirable.
• Ability to manage and work in a fast-paced environment and volume resourcing.
• Strong work ethic with customer focus.
• Sense of humour

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to target both active and passive candidates, utilise multiple sourcing channels/ technologies.
• Run job ad campaigns, conduct in depth phone screening, reference/background checks and face to face interviews.
• Keep up to date with market changes and identifying key target areas to attract candidates.
• Create and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
• Liaise with the mobilisation, training, and compliance teams to ensure the successful onboarding of candidates.
• Generate KPI reporting as required.
