Responsibilities

• Monitor construction compliance of direct hire and subcontractors.
• Coordinate performance and schedules with contractors and stakeholders.
• Plan craft manpower and interface with Industrial Relations.

Skills

Experience of large-scale civil and concrete projects

Experience of managing large rebar scopes of work

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Knowledge of safety procedures and practices

Education

Recognized degree in an engineering discipline

10+ years relevant experience in civil and rebar scopes

5+ years in construction rebar installation supervisory role
