Job summary

Raine & Horne is seeking a Business Development Manager for property management to drive rent roll growth. You will focus on acquiring high-quality managements, building a robust pipeline, and expanding our landlord portfolio through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing.

The ideal candidate has proven real estate or PM BD success, at least four years' experience, strong communication and relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market.

Qualifications

• Proven success in real estate or property management business development.
• Minimum 4 years' BD experience in PM.
• Ability to provide a motor vehicle for work use.
• Develop and secure new business including canvassing, prospecting and marketing.
• Strong client relationships and excellent customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate law.
• Self-driven and thrives in a target-driven growth environment.
• Deep understanding of the local property market.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of landlord opportunities
