Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. in Sydney seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to lead real estate financing initiatives and manage a growing client portfolio across Asia. You will work with DBS offices regionally to originate, execute and monitor financing solutions for corporate clients.

You will support the Real Estate Team Leader, ensure regulatory and KYC compliance, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Credit, Product, and Back Office teams to deliver seamless client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant banking and finance experience.
• At least 7 years of institutional banking experience.
• Prior knowledge of the Australian real estate industry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Real Estate Team Leader to establish and maintain relationships with Australian companies across Asia, working with DBS offices in Asia.
• Manage and grow the allocated client portfolio and identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Drive end-to-end execution of financing transactions with minimal supervision and prepare required documentation.
• Identify issues related to deal origination and lead resolution with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Head Office policies, regulatory requirements and KYC procedures.
• Contribute towards achieving annual financial targets including team revenue and ROE.
