Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Institutional Banking experience with a proven track record in business origination and transaction execution.
Strong experience originating and executing transactions within the Metals & Mining industry.
Established industry knowledge, network and client relationships within the sector.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Strong credit and financial analysis capabilities.
Sound business and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients within the Metals & Mining industry.
Originate and lead the execution of client mandates across Loans, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Capital Markets.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to build the Branch's loan portfolio.
Identify and pursue business opportunities in Australia and support outbound Australian customers.
Drive cross-sell opportunities across Global Transaction Services and related solutions.
Coach and develop junior team members on origination and credit papers.
