The successful candidate will be responsible for relationship management and business development, supporting the Real Estate Team Leader in establishing and maintaining relationships with Australian companies across Asia. This role involves managing and growing an allocated client portfolio, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring market trends for potential risks and opportunities in the real estate industry.

The AVP will also be involved in transaction execution, client delivery, and ensuring compliance with risk, governance, and regulatory requirements. Applicants must have at least 7 years' of institutional banking experience, with a strong focus on real estate financing, and a proven track record in business origination and execution. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with prior knowledge of the Australian real estate industry.
