PYBAR Mining Services Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking experienced Senior Raisebore Drillers to join our dedicated Raisebore Team. This full-time FIFO role offers an immediate start on major underground projects.

You will safely operate Raisebore equipment, mentor crew members, and ensure productive, on-schedule drilling. A strong safety record, underground heavy equipment experience, and a current manual licence are essential.

We support a diverse range of projects across Australia, from major established mining operations to remote greenfield developments. Our comprehensive suite of services includes mine development, production drilling, cable bolting, raiseboring, shotcreting services.

THE OPPORTUNITY

PYBAR is currently seeking experienced Senior Raisebore Drillers to join our dedicated Raisebore Team. This is a full-time FIFO opportunity, available for an immediate start.

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated recent or current experience in Raiseboring. We're offering multiple points of hire for the right candidates, making this a flexible and rewarding opportunity to work on some of Australia's most dynamic underground mining projects.

This role will be responsible for:

• Safely operating and maintaining Raisebore drilling equipment in accordance with site procedures and PYBAR standards.
• Leading drilling crews and providing mentorship, guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
• Ensuring all Raisebore drilling activities are completed safely, efficiently and to schedule.
• Monitoring drilling performance and implementing improvements to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
• Conducting pre-start inspections, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on Raisebore equipment.
• Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents and equipment defects, and actively participating in risk management processes.
• Maintaining accurate drilling records, reports and shift documentation.
• Working closely with Supervisors, Engineers and site personnel to achieve production targets and project objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Demonstrated recent Raisebore experience (Essential)
• Have proven experience working with underground heavy equipment (Essential)
• A strong focus on safety
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
• Hold a current Australian Manual Drivers Licence
• Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.
