Sydney Metro is seeking a senior leader to own the Project Integration framework for the Metro West project. You will coordinate across Delivery, Engineering, Assurance, PMO, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and rapid issue resolution.

You will develop strategy for upcoming integration events, provide expert analysis, and communicate with the Integration Director and leadership. The role requires a broad, “all of project” perspective and strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders,

Qualificações

• Experience leading across multiple infrastructure project phases (procurement, design, construct, test, hand-over).
• Ability to operate across Delivery, Engineering, Assurance, PMO, Commercial & Operational readiness.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage executives.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Rail infrastructure experience is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Operate across Delivery, Engineering, Assurance, Test, PMO, Commercial & Operational readiness to align teams.
• Champion the Project Integration Framework and lead cross-functional meetings for rapid issue resolution.
• Provide expert analysis of Project Integration performance and advisory input to leadership.
• Develop and deploy strategy for major integration events and issues.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with executive stakeholders across the project.
