Job summary

Sydney Metro is seeking an Associate Director Project Integration for the Sydney Metro West project. This fixed-term role leads the Project Integration framework, coordinating across Delivery, Engineering, Assurance, PMO and Commercial to ensure seamless project delivery and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional teams across large infrastructure projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders.
Ability to motivate teams and align delivery across delivery, engineering, PMO, and commercial functions.
Proven track record delivering complex engineering works at scale.

Responsibilities

Own the Project Integration framework across Sydney Metro West.
Develop and deploy strategies for major integration events and issues.
Lead cross-functional alignment to rapid issue resolution and sound project management.
Provide expert-level analysis and advice to the Integration Director and leadership team.
Engage diverse stakeholders, including executives, across multiple project offices.
