Job summary

Qantas is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for Conversational AI to lead testing of chatbot solutions and evolve CAI quality practices. You will design automated tests, validate conversation flows, and work with product, engineering and AI teams to improve tools and processes.

This role is based at our Adelaide Product Innovation Centre. You will embed QA early in delivery, with CI/CD integration, testing performance, security and accessibility, and contribute to go/no-go decisions for chatbot

Qualifications

• Experience testing Conversational AI or chatbot platforms.
• Hands-on QA testing across AI-driven interfaces.
• Experience embedding chatbot testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design automated chatbot tests and validate conversation flows.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve CAI testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams to ensure quality from early delivery stages.
• Validate chatbot integrations with backend systems and APIs.
